There simply was not enough time for Clint to be on Restoration Road, host his podcast, Man UnMade, work at Harp Design Co., and take care of the Airbnb Clint and Kelly rent out.

According to The Kitchn, Joanna shared on her Magnolia blog that the furniture and decor are there to help new homeowners visualize their space. If they like it, they can buy it, but those finishing touches aren't included in the renovation budget.

In the end, the place was transformed: a striking historical home with an adorable front porch, a big living space, and a bright kitchen. But the Harp family didn't end up living in the five-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,738-square-foot home for long.
