Our nationwide biller directory makes adding new billers and schedulingto pay easy. eBill options offer you an electronic version of your bill/statement instead of a paper bill, allowing you to review and pay your bills all in one place. Can I use Online Banking if I don't live in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland or Virginia?
If you currently have a Dollar Bank account, you can sign up and access Online Banking regardless of where you live. If you'd like to open a Dollar Bank account, you must reside in our market area (northeast Ohio, western Pennsylvania, the Cumberland Narrows community in Marylandand the Hampton Roads region in Virginia).
How do I sign up for Online Banking?
Signing up for Online Banking is free and easy! Go todollar.bankand click the Sign Up link. You can also sign up from our mobile app.
What do I do if I need help with Online Banking or the mobile app?
For general questions, you can use the Ask a Question chat feature on our website. Access by clicking the Let's Talk tab at the bottom right-hand corner of any page. For help resources within Online Banking and ourmobile app, log in and click Help at the top right of the screen. You can also send a Secure Message within Online Banking for specific account questions, or call 1-800-242-2265, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
When is Online Banking available?
Our goal is to have Online Banking available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To keep account information up-to-date, scheduled daily updates occur that may briefly affect your access to certain features of Online Banking.They are scheduled at off-peak hours to affect as few customers as possible. At times, we must also perform maintenance to keep our systems and services running smoothly. These maintenance periods will be as short and as few as possible.

How does Dollar Bank ensure the privacy and security of my information in Online Banking?
Dollar Bank takes the responsibility of protecting your privacy seriously no matter how you bank with us: in person, by telephone or online. We are comfortable offering Online Banking because the combination of security features we utilize make your information secure. Some of the protections we've put in place include:
- Online Banking is available only using browsers supporting Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the message when traveling over the Internet. Online Banking at Dollar Bank requires a browser with a minimum of 256 bit SSL encryption for greater security.
- To access Online Banking, an Online Banking ID and password are required. You choose your own unique Online Banking ID and password, which only you will know. You can change your Online Banking password as frequently as you like.
- For your safety, we have built-in timers that will automatically terminate your Online Banking session if you are logged in but not using Online Banking for a certain amount of time. This built-in timer helps to protect you from unauthorized activity in case you inadvertently leave your computer without logging outof Online Banking.
- Dollar Bank uses the latest hardware and software technologies including firewalls and filters to ensure the security of all data.

Why am I having trouble accessing Online Banking via VPN?
Dollar Bank leverages multiple layers of modern web security to protect our customers' information and secure their access to Online Banking.
Customers leveraging Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to access Dollar Bank's online banking platform may experience greater security prompts in addition to greater access denial rates as a result of some of the security controls in place. These security prompts and controls are in place to best protect your account from unauthorized access.
