We require a 50% deposit of your total reservation payment upon booking. This includes the 23% Ranch Fee. A second deposit, the remaining balance and final payment, is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your vacation. This ensures fully refundable changes to your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. Travel Guard – Gold Plan is recommended for its flexibility and ultimate protection.

Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive refunded payment. A 10% fee of your total reservation amount will be non-refundable.

Cancellation notifications made within 60 days of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Reservation reductions such as party size or duration made within 60 days of arrival will not receive rate adjustments.

All-inclusive buyout rates start at $79,000 per night for the winter season, $119,000 per night for spring and fall and $158,000 per night for summer. We recommend a three-night stay or more to be able to enjoy all The Ranch has to offer. Please see our private travel webpage for more information.

The Ranch at Rock Creek is a pet-friendly hotel. Well-mannered, people-friendly dogs will enjoy the endless trails, dips in the river and fresh mountain air. The pet rate is $100 per night for up to two pets. We will ensure accommodations are equipped with pet bowls, plastic bags for clean-up and a comfortable place to rest sleepy heads. Leashes are necessary near horses and wildlife, so dogs must be on a leash at all times on property. Please be aware of wildlife when bringing pets to The Ranch.

We do not allow pets in the Granite Lodge Rooms or Dining Room. There will be a damages fee charged for any pet damage including urine or excrement in accommodations.
